We empower our clients to take charge of their lives and to work toward the best version of themselves. We do this effectively by utilizing evidence-based tools and strategies. Every member of our team has extensive training and experience implementing treatment techniques and philosophies such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), The Gottman Method, EMDR, play therapy, Motivational Interviewing and many others. We customize these skills and tranings to help resolve symptomology related to anxiety, depression, familial concerns, partner abuse/violence, sexual violence, substance abuse, spiritual abuse, and life tranisitions.
