You’re ready for a change, but it is terrifying. To face it may cause you to crumble, nevertheless, you will yourself to get through each day. If this sounds familiar and you wish to do more than get by, it is possible to flourish again. I aim to create a safe and empowering environment built upon a trusting therapeutic relationship so you can successfully heal from anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief and work toward thriving in your daily life.

I specialize in trauma, including domestic violence, sexual abuse, and spiritual abuse.
