We all know that life is full of messiness, but what if we didn’t have to hold it together; what if we didn’t show a version of ourselves or wear a façade; what if we could be honest about our experiences, thoughts, and feelings.

Sometimes it’s hard to find places to allow our chaos, confusion, and pain to come out of hiding and be seen. My hope is that you find comfort and safety to allow the mess to show up. I believe therapy offers us the invitation to do something different — to choose a new way. Thank you for making the choice to seek help. I know how hard it can be and would be honored to be a part of this next step.

“I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, play therapy, trauma focused therapy, DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills and strength-based approaches. I love utilizing art and music within sessions.”

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, teenagers, and young adults who may be experiencing changes, or just need someone to talk to. I have provided therapy to individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress management, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, childhood abuse and PTSD/trauma/sexual abuse.

If you are unsure if this is the time to seek help, feel free to send me an email or give me a call. I am here to support you with acceptance and empathy!
